It is the trust in the superior quality of our products that allows us to engage with you in this way. We are constantly refining our manufacturing process and continuously improving our quality controls.

✔ We analyze quality at all stages of manufacturing in our laboratory: from raw materials to the finished product.

Our satisfaction policy

Thanks to our hard work that we manage to maintain these high quality standards and that our 1st Choice Nutrition products have never been recalled since their creation in 1990! However, we understand that for different reasons, you may want to return a product. This is why we strive in offering a worry-free satisfaction policy.

All 1st Choice products for dogs and cats are subject to a 100% satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with the product, please return it to your retailer (with the original bag including more than half of its contents).

If your pet does not like the formula, is inconvenienced, or you are simply not 100% satisfied, you can:

  • Get a full refund;
  • Exchange the product for another one of equal or lesser value.

The warranty policy covers the following 3 situations:

  • Return of intact bags (unopened).
  • Open bags return, in their original packaging and with more than half of their contents.
  • Return of unopened wet food cans
