However, 1st Choice Nutrition reserves the right to charge a fee, depending on the scope of the request and the measures required to collect the requested information. 1st Choice Nutrition will inform the individual of the approximate fee required to fulfill the request and will only collect the information once payment has been made. The information requested will be provided in a form that is generally understandable. Wherever possible, 1st Choice Nutrition will indicate the source of the information.
If an individual demonstrates that personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, 1st Choice Nutrition will amend the information as required. If a challenge is not resolved to the satisfaction of the individual, 1st Choice Nutrition will make a notation of the challenge.
